Hey guys not sure if you know much about the safari swaybars?? anyway mine has a stabi connect/disconnect lever under dash similar to a handbrake, the cable is seized and apparently its common and used to disconnect the swaybar for offroad articulation.. Prob is i went 4x4 and cant disconnect it, as a result the little linkage that goes from swaybar to chassis on passenger side rear has broken.. Ya think its wise to remove swaybar, some people say it makes bugger all difference on road and what do they do when they make a lift? change the linkage to a longer one or remove swaybar.. any light shed would be a great help thanks
As far as I'm aware removing the sway bar makes little noticible difference on the road. My brother has done that on his Pajero and I know its common for Pajero owners to remove them. IF your coming next week you can ask about it.
